PROPOSAL

The first and foremost thing during the collaboration process is the proposal. We will prepare a detailed proposal for you. If the proposal suits the property owner’s needs, then we pen down an official agreement, stating the respective shares in the upcoming newly-revamped building, detailed specifications of the materials and fixtures, and variations of financial considerations. Basically, all the terms and conditions related to the process of collaboration will be mentioned in that agreement.

RELOCATION

Reconstruction of a building is a time-taking process and hence the property owner needs to relocate to another place. If required, we can also arrange the rental accommodation for the owner in the range of his/her budget.

LAYOUT PLAN

Once the agreement is signed by both the parties, our architect and interiors team will design the layout plan in accordance with the recommendations by the property owner. After this, we proceed to get the plan sanctioned by the concerned authorities and take the necessary approvals.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPERTY

After taking all the necessary approvals for the building and owner’s relocation, we start the construction.

POSSESSION HANDOVER

Last but not the least, after the completion of construction, share of the floors as mentioned in the collaboration agreement will be transferred to the parties.
